KRAFT will label their products clearly and if something contains gluten, it will be in paranthesis. Here is a good place to look.. KRAFT
Dove and Ghiradeli are GF. Always check for yourself.

The best way to find out if an item is GF is by going right to the source. The second best way (IMO) is typing in.. is _______ Gluten free? In the search engine (Google of course)and reading the article. Most of the time I will see the topic is from celiac.com and I click on that. I trust anything I read from there. Those people are Celiacs and would not steer you wrong.
