Everyone has Celiac

Lately, people have been coming out of the woodwork. Mostly just relatives of people who have celiac disease but you know... once one has it, look out. Then I have tons of people telling me their symptoms and saying that they are getting tested. Which is good, I feel better knowing that doctors are actually paying attention. There are other people that feel like crap and have been tested but don't actually have CD. Those people wish they did. Which I understand, not knowing totally bites.

I don't feel so hot today. Nothing special, just a full feeling in my stomach. It's probably all the dairy I've been eating. Sometimes I go overboard. I can't help, I love dairy.

If you know anyone who is new to CD and is freaking out because they don't know what to eat... send them to my other blog Celiac Meeting Room

It is helpful in making the right choices. The best thing to know is the safe companies that clearly mark gluten on the label. I know I keep repeating that but it really is super important.

I just added a link to your blog on my blog: http://jennisguts.blogspot.com. I may have Celiac as well as Crohn's disease. I love your site - such good and helpful information! Thank you so much!!
